Big Mac Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

  2. Set a large nonstick pan on high heat and add 2 tbs oil.

  3. Brown the ground beef (1 lb) and season with salt (½ tsp) and pepper (½ tsp); drain any excess fat.

  4. Heat tortilla (large) in microwave for 10 seconds.

  5. Build burrito with cheese, beef (1 lb), lettuce, onion, tomato, and sauce, and wrap tightly.

  6. Heat a pan or flat top grill on medium heat and drizzle a bit of oil.

  7. Place the burritos seam side down and heat until that side is brown and crisp.

  8. Flip over and brown the other side.

  9. Remove from heat and serve while hot. Enjoy!
