Vegetable Lo Mein with Crispy Tofu

Instructions
Drain and press the tofu (2 blocks) for 10 minutes
Cut tofu into half-inch cubes and mix in a bowl with 2 tbs olive oil, salt, and pepper
Air fry tofu at 400F for 20 min until crispy
Cook noodles (450 g)according to package instructions and set aside
Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok on high heat and sauté vegetables until softened
Add the noodles into the wok with the sauce; mix well and cook until sauce thickens
Build bowls and top with tofu and sesame seeds
