Mushroom Tofu Lettuce Wraps

Instructions
Break apart the tofu (1 block) into small pieces and place into a bowl; add salt (2 tsp) and pepper (2 tsp), sesame oil (1 Tbsp), soy sauce (1 Tbsp), and cornstarch (2 tsp).
Mix the tofu well and set aside.
Heat a nonstick pan or skillet on medium heat and add 3 tablespoons neutral oil.
Add in the diced mushrooms (8 oz); sauté until the water evaporates and mushrooms brown.
Add in the tofu and sauté for 5-10 minutes
Add in garlic paste (1 Tbsp) and ginger paste (1 Tbsp) and cook for another 2-3 minutes
Stack two leaves of lettuce and equally divide the mushroom and tofu filling onto each one.
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Top with optional sriracha and enjoy!
