Spicy Lemon Pepper Chicken

This is one of the easiest yet most flavorful chicken recipes I know! It’s the perfect recipe for dinner or meal prep, and you can have it ready in 20 minutes. Add it on top of a salad or grain bowl and enjoy the balance of spicy, tangy, and savory. Cheers!

Instructions
Trim off any excess fat from the chicken (2 lb) and filet the thickest portion so that it is even thickness throughout.
Add the chicken into a large mixing bowl.
Add a bit of oil and all the spices listed.
Air fry the chicken at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until internal temp is 165°F and juices are clear.
Allow chicken to rest for 10 minutes before slicing or serving.
