Instructions

  1. Cook rice (1 cup) and prepare all your toppings

  2. Drizzle the tuna (1) with oil (1 Tbsp), season with salt and pepper, and coat all sides with sesame seeds

  3. Set a pan on medium high heat and quickly sear both sides of the tuna for ~2 minutes to develop a crust without overcooking it

  4. Allow the tuna to rest for 5 minutes

  5. Build your bowl and drizzle with sriracha mayo (2 Tbsp)

  6. Enjoy!
